We should not compare. We should look at the mode of selection, the nature of work, exposure, contribution to the society, standard of knowledge, social status,and overall how your mind and attitude grow in both the services.If u say about power,I will say that if one is going by rule ,then there is no power. Power doesn’t mean that to satisfy ur ego u will summon, arrest, delay in doing the right work. Once contribution to the society will always be remembered.If one think all these, forget about the small perks and benefits. Overall, one should think which service,he will be able to crack.

If it is then what will be the promotion criteria of civil Judge to district judge?

It is true if AIJS is enforces by the central government then the promotion of civil judge will not accelerated?
